The Chapala subdivision in Rancho Bernardo, California is a highly desirable 55 and older community. Residents enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding golf course and are close to services.
Chapala is part of the Oaks North community and is comprised of 151 single story condos that are detached. Built between 1983 and 1987, this gated neighborhood offers three floor plans that include vaulted ceilings and large two car garages that allow for golf cart storage. This venue also has practice facilities, a Pro Shop, and PGA golf clinics. This region is heavily populated by golf facilities and nearby you’ll find the Maderas Golf Club and the Stoneridge Country Club.
Chapala is within minutes to several shopping centers like the Westwood Shopping Center, the Rancho Bernardo Town Center, and Westfield North County.
Rancho Bernardo is a master planned community in San Diego’s northern hills. The 685 acre business park involves companies like Sony US, Northrop Grumman, Microsoft, Broadcom, Teradata, LSI Corporation, and BAE Systems. Rancho Bernardo also has Southern California’s oldest winery. The Bernardo Winery was established in 1889 and is still operational. This is also the home to RB Alive! which is a street fair and carnival-like celebration held in the summer.
